David Massingham MBA MCIOB MRICS

David is a construction professional with over 30 years’ experience in the industry. Having worked at a senior level in a variety of organisations, he is well versed in people management and has successfully demonstrated this at both contractor and consultant level. His career has been spent in delivery of capital projects of all monetary values from low £1000s to multi million pound, both new and refurbishment schemes, consistently demonstrating his ability to deliver projects successfully.

David is very experienced in organising and managing design teams to deliver business objectives, and is fully conversant with the design and development process including contractual and tendering requirements.

In support of practical project management skills David has attained a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management and has an MBA in Construction and Real Estate awarded by the University of Reading. Most recently he has undertaken Heritage-specific training to support his interest in this type of work.
